¶ Text on the back: "Ze kwamen hem zeggen dat zijn zoon dood was. Om het leven gekomen bij een motorongeluk." Sadly enough, the only son of the writer, the photographer Tonio van der Heijden (1988-2010), to whom this book was dedicated in print, also died in a tragic traffic accident.
