The work of a loving collector.
Publishers of the (some lithographed) postcards are i.a. Algemeene Postvereeniging; Joseph Crolla and Guill. Bours (both Valkenburg); v/h Weenenk & Snel from The Hague and Jospé in Arnhem. Period approx. 1900-1990; mostly early 20th century and from the 1950s and 1960s; some after 1970.
¶ Five folders contain 358 cards presenting the Castle Ruins (view, interior and panoramas); one folder with a focus on the BERKELPOORT (Berkelstraat / Neerhem; 72 items) and one folder contains exclusively postcards of the GRENDELPOORT and surroundings (Grendelplein; 51 items).
