Master binder Hans Zegveld has provided this volume with a half cloth binding with the title in silver stamp on the spine.

Volume 11 includes articles and letters to the editor about retarded children, diabetes, first aid for domestic accidents, marriages between blood relatives, nettles for rheumatism, alcohol-related kidney disease and stage fright. Advertising for, among others, Pharmacy P.H. Brans in Rotterdam, NIVA toothpaste, Wybert cough pastilles (Wybertjes), Marmite food extract and Dr. H. Nanning's cinchona drops. On p. 12 a photo diagram with an overview of human causes of death.
