¶ The book deals with the Nicky Verstappen case, the Puttense moordzaak, Tanja Groen, Frans Meijer, the murder of Cor van Hout, Mabel Wisse-Smit & Klaas Bruinsma and Gerrit de Stotteraar.
Also includes a column titled "De Vries moet een kogel door zijn kop!" [= "De Vries needs a bullet through his head!"], in which the journalist complains about the laxity of the police in handling a report of a serious death threat against him.
