Bibliophile translation of a 1978 interview by Museum director Frits Bless (1951-2014) with the German Fluxus artist Joseph Beuys (1921-1986). Illustrated with a reproduction of a drawing from 1974. Edition: 1000 copies.
Text set from the Souvenir Licht and (by hand) the Magere Egmond. Bound in a ring binder with cardboard covers. The photo on the front cover was taken by Caroline Tisdall during the Coyote campaign, May 1974 in Galerie René Block, New York and printed by Juliën Korenharp in Rotterdam.
¶ Bébert was, from 1980 onwards, the artistic publishing company of Pablo van Dijk. After his emigration to the United States (1989) he continued his publishing activities with KENY (Kunst Editions New York) and provided numerous bibliophile editions for Arnon Grunberg.
