Long playing record which was produced on behalf of the city council by the pianist Louis van Dijk (1941-2020) and the Gelders Orkest conducted by Yoav Talmi. This record was not marketed but was distributed exclusively as a promotional gift. Collector's item.

The interior consists of a section with photos in colour and black and white. Texts in four languages (Dutch, English, German and French). The cover photo is a panoramic aerial shot of the Gelderland capital in the 1970s. We can still see the two buildings that stood next to the Vespa Building before the Zypse Poort was widened. The Eusebius Church in the center.

¶ The stereo 33 1/3 rpm record contains on side 1 work by Giuseppe Verdi (La forza del destino), Georges Bizet (L'Arlésienne) and Antonin Dvorak (Slavic dances). Side 2 contains improvisations on the themes of side 1, played by Van Dijk on the organ of Arnhem town hall.
