¶ Bibliophile deluxe edition, bound in half vellum with cover. Edition: 50 copies, numbered and SIGNED by the author. Text set from the Bembo type and printed on fine rough Ossekop paper by Van Gelder Zonen. This copy (No. 16) was provided with an extra signature on the first free endpaper by JC Bloem.
