¶ The Woolworth Building is located between Barclay Street and Park Place. The building was designed by American architect Cass Gilbert (1859-1934) and was completed in 1913. It was with a height of 241 meters, the tallest office building in the world for 17 years. In 1930, the building was surpassed by the 40-foot-higher 40 Wall Street (now known as the Trump Building). - Wikipedia.
