Reeks Vademecum; Practische 10 cents Bibliotheek onder redactie van J.A.H. Jockin. Rare item; NCC lists only one copy in public possession (UB of Utrecht) and dates the booklet to 1915.

Hendrik Maarten Krabbé (1868-1931) was not only a painter, but also the grandfather of writer Tim Krabbé, actor Jeroen Krabbé and the great-grandfather of TV presenter Martijn Krabbé and artist Jasper Krabbé.

¶ Bound in Art Nouveau cover (probably designed by Krabbé himself) with, on the back and inside, advertising for Oldenkott's Portorico and Varinas Tabak, Photography articles by Ivens & Co (the father of filmmaker Joris Ivens) and 'Gramophone records ' of "the most famous Singers and Artists" such as Sarah Bernhardt and Koos Speenhoff.
