¶ 'Het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden' was published between 1969 and 1988 by the National Institute for War Documentation. This fourteenth part in two volumes was compiled outside De Jong's responsibility by an editorial team led by Dr. E.H. Kossmann, J.Th.M. Bank, P. Romijn and Drs. A.H. Paape, former director of the RIOD.
