Antique 1930s edition of one of the better-known children's books by the Dutch writer Bertha Elisabeth van Osselen-Van Delden (1847-1936). Illustrated with black-and-white drawings by Nans van Leeuwen (1900-1995). In the back, advertisements for reprints of i.a. the sequel to this book: De schaapskooi op de Elspeter Heide (1906).
