¶ Twelve copies were hand-bound and numbered I to 12. This is one of the 1200 'regular' softcover editions, being the fifth mini-book in this series of promotional gifts by Henk & Arno de Bruin and Arne Steenkamp, which were sent to customers and friends of Antiquariaat Blaeu (later B&N) since 1982.
This funny booklet is depicted in the photobook 'Spui, Amsterdam' (2006) by Evert van Kuijk (p. 29 and with more information on p. 71/72).
