¶ Tom of Finland was the pseudonym of the Finnish Gay Art cartoonist Touko Laaksonen (1920-1991). Between 1968 and 1986, 26 episodes of KAKE appeared, "the dark-haired, mustached leatherman, who travelled the world on his motorcycle to spread the seeds of ecstatically explicit gay sex".
