Yves Klein was known as the 'French monochromist' and influenced artists from the Dutch Nul movement, such as Jan Schoonhoven and Henk Peeters. His influence even stretched to 2024 when pop artist Joost Klein went to the Eurovision Song Contest in a blue suit in Yves Klein's patented 'International Klein Blue' (IKB).
